Loan charge group raises concerns over holiday pay and cyber attacks

MPs have written an open letter to a key trade organisation outlining serious concerns about umbrella businesses and those who utilise them. The All-Party Parliamentary Loan Charge and Taxpayer Fairness Group (APPG) contacted Chris Bryce, CEO of the Freelancer and Contractor Services Association (FCSA), regarding holiday pay and cyber-attacks on umbrella firms. The FCSA is a membership group that provides compliance accreditation to umbrella corporations, contractor accountants, and CIS payroll systems.
